If you would like to leave your vehicle at our shop after hours:

1. PLEASE COMPLETE THE NIGHT DROP FORM BELOW AND PRINT THE COPY THAT IS IMMEDIATELY EMAILED TO YOU.

*THE PRINTED FORM MUST BE SIGNED, ACCOMPANY THE KEY, AND HAVE A DOLLAR AMOUNT INDICATED BEFORE WE CAN WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE.

2. AFTER COMPLETING THE FORM, PUT YOUR KEYS INSIDE OF AN ENVELOPE AND SEAL IT.

3. DROP THE ENVELOPE INTO THE MAIL SLOT IN THE DOOR AT OUR LOCATION.

Leo and Ed's and its employees will not be held responsible for loss or damage of vehicle or items left in the vehicle in case of any cause beyond your reasonable control. An express garage keeper's lien is hereby acknowledged on the vehicle to secure the amount of repairs thereto. I agree that all amounts due shall be paid at the time the vehicle is delivered to me and I shall be liable for all costs of collections
